The ALJP Administrator and the committee will make a determination on the product lines to be bid within the ALJP2012a ITB to be released in the Spring 2012. Those Product Lines may or may not include new ALJP Product lines that the School System Level Technology Coordinators have requested or Current contracts that are near expiration. If an interested bidder does not see a product line they are interested in providing through the ALJP program in any posted ITB then the interested bidder should be aware that the ALJP Administrator does not take requests from vendors to have a new product line added to future or established/posted ITBs. The requests as previously stated are to be entered by the School System Level Technology Coordinator/Director. These system level contacts have an established procedure to make the request(s). Should they have any questions then they (the System Level Technology Coordinator/Director) should contact the ALJP Administrator for assistance. Upon the next ITB development (ALJP2012a tentatively), the ALJP Administrator and the ALJP Committee will make a determination of interests and include those product lines in that upcoming ITB. Interested vendors should not inundate the ALJP Administrator with these type requests by email or phone. Please follow procedure in submitting question for the ALJP2012e ITB.
