Sprint team is requesting a one week extension on the deadline for this bid reaposne. We are working diligently to provide the best response, pricing and package for this contract and feel we need a little longer than allocated. One of our key team members will be out of the country for 7 days and will make it very difficult to complete the response as thorough as we would like. Thank you for yoru consideration. |

I want to clarify on teh pricing. we will state our percentage off of our base price for all cell phone plans. then can we include the custom plans that we have for school systems? these woudl not include a discount. they wodl be just a custom priced plan. or woudl we be allowed to give that pricing to the school at any point during the sales process. i just want to be sure to include everything but our pricing is not quite as simple as a percentage off of the base price in all cases. if we can offer special plans at any point during the contract then we can just leave those plans off of the contract and leave it with just a percentage off of the base price. |
We are looking for the pricing as described within the ITB. The ITB does allow for additional discounts. You may offer these "custom plans" but they must include the discounted pricing as a part of the awarded contract. We would also question as to why the schools would get an increase in prices than the norm? |

We had weather issues yesterday and were unable to attend the webinar, I see from the webex screen that the event was cancelled is there a new date?

The mandatory web conference was held with over 35 in attendance. We were not aware of a cancelation message, unless the service issues a message once the meeting end before the designated ending time as that may have occurred. The session was not recorded and all attendees should have received the presentation materials in the email they provided during the session. |

EMC has just submitted another bid for the State of Alabama and a screenshot was sufficient per the new regulations for the e-Verify MOU. EMC does not typically release the MOU and corporate would like to explore other options to ensure some sense of consistency in our data and documentation being provided to the State of Alabama. At this time a screenshot will be sufficient for the response to this ITB. Our legal department may require additional doscumentation upon award, in the event of an award. |

Are we able to bid just the entire Logitech line and not the Lifesize product line? We are fully authorized to sell the Logitech line of products just not the Lifesize product lines.

The initention was to capture the Logitech products and the Lifesize products since they were indicated to be a consolidated Logitech product line. If eligible resellers can only respond on either the Lifesize or Logitech products within the requested product line that may be acceptable. All terms and consitions of the ITB ALJP2012e must be met. |

Good morning!
We are responding to the bid for LifeSize product. They attended the bidders web conference on 1/23, but we did not attend directly because they were planning to respond directly to the bid. Now they are requesting the partners respond with their backing. Is this acceptable? Also, they are supplying a copy of their ISO 9001. Is that acceptable or do we have to hold ISO 9001 directly? |
The company attending the mandatory meeting as indicated by the roll call requested during the meeting may respond to the ALJP2012e ITB as described within the ALJP2012e ITB document. |

Due to medical reasons, I was not able to attend the 1/23 Webex conference call. Is it still possible to reply to the RFP for LifeSize, Polycom & Cisco, since BT Conferencing is ISO certified? Thank you. |
The mandatory meeting is a required event for responding vendors to the ALJP2012e ITB. Many of the product line you mention here are discussed on the Bid Central site. |
