AETC 2011 will offer six-hour, three-hour and one and a half hour hands-on workshops providing additional training opportunities for attendees. Again this year, "Bring Your Own Laptop" workshops (1½ hour) will allow training on familiar equipment.  There will be a $10 fee for each BYOL - 1½ hour workshop, a $20 fee for each 3-hour workshop and $40 for each 6-hour workshop requested.   All workshops are presented in a hands-on format to provide an optimal learning experience.  As these workshops fill up quickly, it is important to send in your pre-registration form early.  Hands-on workshop assignments will be given according to the date of receipt of registration.  

If there are any workshop vacancies at the close of pre-registration, on-site registration hours for BYOL, three-hour and six-hour hands-on workshops Wednesday-Thursday will be:  

Tuesday, June 14           3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, June 15      7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, June 16          7:30 am – 2:00 pm

There is NO guarantee that there will be any hands-on workshop vacancies available for attendees who register near the registration deadline or for those who register on-site.

The Hands-on Workshops will be held at the BJCC Medical Forum and the Birmingham Ballrooms.
