2012 AETC HANDS-ON WORKSHOP APPLICATION

The AETC Hands-On workshops (HOW) will be located at Hewitt-Trussville High School, 6450 Husky Parkway, Trussville, AL 35173. A full day of pre-conference workshops will be scheduled for Tuesday, June 12, 2012. The main conference days will be June 13-14, 2012 and the post-conference workshops for three hours on June 15, 2012.

Each Hands-On workshop session will have up to 20 participants. As part of the workshop, you are expected to provide digital or paper resources for the participants in your workshops. For your convenience, a presenter computer, LCD projector and wireless Internet access will be provided. Twenty (20) participant computers will be provided for use during the workshops with the exception of Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL). Wireless Internet, MS Office, Adobe Reader, JAVA and Internet Explorer will be available on all HOW workshop machines. Additional plug-ins may be loaded upon request if included in this application.

If your application is accepted, the information from this proposal will be used to contact you and provide descriptions for the preliminary and final programs.
